Hi Team and Welcome to the Traka APACMEA Internal Service Desk.

This service desk is completely separate from your customer facing portals which are used for provide our customers with support. Using the same framework, we have created a consolidated portal for all internal support requests.

Note: This portal is not to be shared with ANY customer/partner and is for internal Traka APACMEA employees only.

Requests for internal support can come in many forms:
  • Config File Request
  • Development Requests
  • General Support
  • Licence Requests
  • Spares & Parts Requests
  • Technical Input Requests
  • Training Requests
It is important that we keep this portal for support requests and just that. Any new project/opportunity related items need to stay within Microsoft Teams channels.

If you have any new employees that need access to the portal, please submit a request to support.oceania@traka.com with their contact details.
